Delivery & Shipping Costs

Your ordered items will be shipped by DPD within the specified delivery time after receipt of the amount to be paid, provided they are available directly from stock. Items that are not directly in stock will be shipped within the delivery time specified in the store.

We will send your order as an insured parcel with DPD. After shipping you will receive an e-mail from DPD with a DPD tracking code with which you can track your shipment online. There you also have the option of changing the delivery location/date/parcel store and issuing a drop-off authorization. Please note that in the event of a drop-off authorization being granted, no liability will be accepted if the parcel is lost.

We ship bicycles exclusively with the courier service Go Express! After shipping, you will receive an e-mail from us with a Go Express! tracking code with which you can track your shipment online. Bicycles are always insured according to the purchase value.
