Delivery & Shipping Costs

Your ordered items will be shipped by DHL within the specified delivery time after receipt of the amount to be paid, provided they are available directly from stock. Items that are not directly in stock will be shipped within the delivery time specified in the store.

We will send your order as an insured parcel with DHL. After shipping, you will receive an email from DHL with a DHL tracking code that you can use to track your shipment online. Dort hast du auch die Möglichkeit Zustellungsort/-datum / Paketshop zu ändern und auch eine Abstellgenehmigung zu erteilen. Please note that no liability will be accepted if the parcel is lost if a drop-off authorization has been granted.

We ship bicycles exclusively with the courier service Go Express! After shipping, you will receive an e-mail from us with a Go Express! tracking code with which you can track your shipment online. Bicycles are always insured according to the purchase value.
