Export Switzerland / Third Country

Currently we only support exports from an order value over 1500€ We offer you the following options:

• Pick-up at our service point ( bicycles only )
• Shipping to the border (home or company address)
• Shipping to a packing station/parcel shop at the border (we can tell you providers)
• Shipping or collection: The package always includes a pre-filled export certificate as well as an invoice for customs, this is required for export

Important: There must be no more than 3 months between the purchase of the goods ( invoice date ) and the export, after this period no refund can be made.   Once you’re at the border, here’s what you need to do:

1. Export Customs: Here you have to present your invoice, the export certificate and your passport at the border.
   The customs officer may want to see the purchased goods and will stamp the invoice and the export certificate for you if there is a match.
   Exports can be made from any EU country.
2. Customs import : Now you have to do the import.
   To do this, go to your responsible customs authority and also present both stamped documents to them.
   He will also stamp the documents for you after paying the tax incurred.
   The tax is collected directly.
3. Send documents to us: As soon as you have the invoice or the export certificate with both customs stamps ( riot – import country ), please send it in the original preferably by registered mail to the following address:

As soon as we have received the documents, we will refund the German VAT within 14 days. Please note that the refund can only be made to the account used to pay for the order.
