You can track the status of your shipment at any time in your customer account or directly via the shipment tracking

We are sorry that you have a problem with your item purchased from us.
Please use our contact form and tell us about your problem.

How long is the delivery time and what are the shipping costs?
Your ordered items will usually be shipped by DPD within the specified delivery time after receipt of the amount to be paid, as far as they are available directly from stock.
Items that are not directly in stock will be shipped within the delivery time specified in the shop.

How do I return an item?
Komking offers all private consumers a 14-day right of withdrawal.

Can I pick up an item directly from you? Unfortunately no, for logistical reasons we only offer shipping.
However, pick-ups of bicycles are possible at our Service Point by arrangement

Can I also order as a guest without opening a customer account?
At checkout you have the option to order as a guest

How can I place my order?
The best and easiest way is to place the order directly via our online shop

Can I still change my order?
As long as your order is not yet being processed, you can add or delete items.

Can I cancel my order?
As long as your order is not yet being processed or shipped, you can cancel it free of charge

What VAT is charged?The currently valid tax of the country of delivery will be calculated

Is there a minimum order value? No

Can I order as a business customer ( B2B )?
Yes, you can, at the checkout you can choose between private or business customers.

I am from the EU and have a valid VAT ID. Can I shop with you tax-free?
(Intra-Community Delivery)

As a corporate customer, you can store your VAT ID at the checkout, which will be checked for validity directly by our system.
If your information is valid, the tax will be deducted in the next step.

Payment

What payment methods do you offer
We offer you the following payment options: bank transfer, PayPal, PayPal Plus, purchase on account, leasing, financing.

Can I change my chosen payment method after ordering?
Unfortunately, this is no longer possible

You can find our bank details in the order confirmation, which you will receive by e-mail after placing your order

Which provider do you ship with? We send parcels nationally and internationally with DPD.
We ship bicycles with Go Express! nationally and internationally.

How long does it take to receive my goods after the items have been shipped?
DPD’s standard delivery times throughout Germany are 1-3 working days, but usually on the next working day.
EU 2-5 working days depending on the region.The standard delivery times of Go Express! are 1-2 working days throughout Germany, but usually on the next working day.
EU 2-5 business days depending on the region.

What is the status of my shipment?

Is my parcel insured?
Our packages are always higher insured and always cover the value of the goods.
Bicycles are generally insured up to 15,000€

Do I get a tracking number
Yes, the tracking number comes automatically as soon as the package has been shipped.

Can I pick up an item directly from you?
Unfortunately no, for logistical reasons we only offer shipping.
However, pick-ups of bicycles are possible at our Service Point by arrangement

Do you also deliver directly to Switzerland or to a third country outside the EU? Unfortunately no, we do not deliver directly to countries outside the Eurozone at the moment

Can I export goods to a third country and get the taxes back
Yes! This is possible, you can find all the information here

How long can I return my items?
Komking offers a 14-day right of withdrawal to all private consumers.

Can I return items as a corporate customer ( B2B )
We do not offer a right of return to corporate customers

How can I cancel my order?

Can I cancel any item I have ordered? I
n general, you have the right to return any item that was not custom-made.
Excluded from revocation are, for example, wheels with colored hubs that were manufactured according to your wishes.
Wheels with black hubs are generally stock goods and are not affected. Final assembled bicycles created via our configurator are also excluded.

I would like to return my item, do you offer a return stamp?
No, you have to pay the return shipping costs yourself in this case.

I have cancelled my order, when will I get my money back?
After receipt of the return, it will be checked.
You will be refunded the amount paid within the legal period of 14 days, but usually within 3-4 working days after receipt of the returned goods.
