I have a guarantee or warranty claim, what should I do?
We are sorry that you have a problem with your item purchased from us. Please use our contact form and tell us about your problem.

How long is the delivery time and what are the shipping costs?
Your ordered items, if available directly from stock, will usually be shipped by DPD within the specified delivery time after receipt of the amount to be paid. Items that are not directly in stock will be shipped within the delivery time specified in the store. You can find the current shipping costs here

How do I return an item?
Komking offers all private consumers a 14-day right of withdrawal. You can find out more here

Can I pick up an item directly from you?
Unfortunately not, for logistical reasons we only offer shipping.

Order

Can I also order as a guest without opening a customer account?
You have the option of ordering as a guest at the checkout

How can I place my order?
The best and easiest way is to place your order directly via our online store

Can I still change my order?
As long as your order is not yet being processed, you can add or delete items.

Can I cancel my order?
As long as your order is not yet being processed or shipped, you can cancel it free of charge

What VAT is charged?
The currently valid tax of the country of delivery will be charged

Is there a minimum order value?
No

Can I order as a business customer (B2B)?
Yes, you can. At the checkout you can choose between private or business customer.

I come from the EU and have a valid VAT ID. Can I buy tax-free from you? (Intra-Community supply)
As a corporate customer, you can enter your VAT ID at the checkout. As soon as we have received your order, we will check the data for accuracy and remove the tax accordingly. You will then receive a new invoice without the tax shown.

Payment

What payment methods do you offer?
We offer the following payment options: Bank transfer, Paypal, Paypal Plus, purchase on account, leasing, financing. You can find exact details on the individual options here

Can I change my chosen payment method after placing the order? Unfortunately, this is no longer possible

How long is the delivery time and what are the shipping costs?

Which provider is used for shipping?
We ship parcels nationally and internationally with DPD.
We ship bicycles nationally and internationally with Go Express!

How long does it take until I receive my goods after the items have been dispatched?
DPD’s standard delivery times are 1-3 working days throughout Germany, but usually the next working day. EU 2-5 working days depending on the region. The standard delivery times of Go Express! are 1-2 working days throughout Germany, but usually the next working day. EU 2-5 working days depending on the region.

What is the status of my shipment?
You can track the status of your shipment at any time in your customer account or directly via shipment tracking

Is my parcel insured?
Our parcels are always insured to a higher level and always cover the value of the goods. Bicycles are generally insured up to €15,000

Will I receive a consignment number?
Yes, the consignment number is sent automatically as soon as the parcel has been dispatched.

Can I pick up an item directly from you?
Unfortunately not, for logistical reasons we only offer shipping.

Do you also deliver directly to Switzerland or to a third country outside the EU?
Unfortunately no, we currently do not deliver directly to countries outside the eurozone

Can I export goods to a third country and get the taxes back?

How long can I return my items?
Komking offers all private consumers a 14-day right of withdrawal.

Can I return items as a corporate customer (B2B)
We do not offer corporate customers a right of return

How can I cancel my order?

Can I cancel any item I have ordered?
In general, you have the right to return any item that was not custom-made.
Excluded from cancellation are, for example, wheels with colored hubs that were made to your specifications.
Wheels with black hubs are generally stock items and are not affected by this.

I would like to return my item, do you offer a return label?
No, in this case you have to bear the return costs yourself.

I have canceled my order, when will I get my money back? After receiving the return, it will be checked. You will be refunded the amount paid within the statutory period of 14 days, but usually within 3-4 working days after receipt of the returned goods.
