Every Classic Mountain Hub is manufactured in Industry Nine’s machine shop in Asheville, USA. Every step of the design, manufacturing and assembly process is performed there, from turning and milling the 7075-T6 aluminum bar stock for shells, axles and capsules, to wire EDMing A2 tool steel for the pawls and drive-in devices, to the in-house anodizing lab.

The Hydra Classic mountain hubs are characterized by a 0.52° engagement and an intuitive design that can be maintained without proprietary tools.
