Anyone who knows the MT7 knows that we are serious about performance. With this one, we’ve gone one better!
Because anyone can build brakes that stop light bikes. But our latest one stops even the heaviest with ease and is therefore predestined for your most powerful e-bikes and gravity bikes.

The extra thick brake pads with 40% more volume and the thicker brake discs double the time until the next service. The larger air gap between the pad and brake disk makes it much easier for you to carry out servicing in your workshop.

Thanks to the double oil volume in the reservoir, the GUSTAV PRO rarely needs to be bled, with the new bleed valve ensuring simple and clean bleeding.
Thanks to the MAGURA EASY LINK, cables can be disconnected from the brake lever at any time and without special tools, and cables can also be shortened in seconds thanks to the EASY TUBE concept.
The GUSTAV PRO is optimized for use with Bosch ABS applications like no other brake.

But even the most powerful brakes are useless if you can’t modulate them sensitively. With its 2.5 mm thick brake discs, the GUSTAV PRO combines stability, power and modulation like no other brake.

#SIZEMATTERS

This brake makes every other brake look like a toy! By enlarging the pistons from 10 & 17 mm (MT7) to 12 & 19 mm, we achieve unprecedented stability and sensitivity – even under the highest loads.

By enlarging the pistons, we have reduced the overall pressure level of the brake. This means that less pressure is lost due to line expansion. The result is a defined pressure point with good modulation.

EASY LINK

Brake line rethought! The new MAGURA EASY LINK technology allows you a simple plug’n play connection between the hose and brake lever. This means you can install or remove your hose as often and as quickly as you like.
Even shortening the hose is now even quicker!
