Returns processing

Komking offers all private consumers a 14-day right of withdrawal.
To ensure that the process runs quickly and smoothly, please note the following:

  • use our online portal for returns processing
  • Packing your return safely
  • only return unused and unassembled items to us in their original packaging
  • Please do not use the original packaging as a shipping box, but use an outer box
  • Customer-specific goods are excluded from the right of withdrawal, see our FAQ and Terms and Conditions
