Santa Cruz Bicycle Warranty

Lifetime frame warranty: At Santa Cruz, we attach great importance to the quality and durability of our products.
Should a defect nevertheless occur, we will replace all defective frames for the first owner for a lifetime.
Special paints and designs as well as frame protection films cannot be considered. Lifetime reserve warranty: At Santa Cruz, we attach great importance to the quality and durability of our products.
Therefore, our reserve rims are covered with a lifetime warranty.
The warranty only covers the rim, not the wheel. Santa Cruz Lifetime Bearing Warranty: Santa Cruz will replace all defective or worn bearings for the first owner, as long as the bike is in his possession.
Installation and removal costs are charged extra. Carbon handlebars: Santa Cruz carbon handlebars are covered by a five-year warranty from purchase. Please place replacement ball bearings directly via the Santa Cruz Service page.

Yeti Bicycle Warranty

All frames from the 2019 model year onwards and newer, including the Switch Infinity Link, are covered for life for the original purchaser against damage due to manufacturing defects.
The paintwork is covered for 1 year.
The warranty does not apply to wear parts.
We will repair or replace any frame that we believe to be defective at our discretion.
The following conditions must be met for the voluntary lifetime warranty:

The purchase of your bike must have been made through an authorized Yeti dealer.
As a first-time buyer, you must have registered your frame online at YetiCycles.com/registration within 60 days of the date of purchase.
The warranty claim must be handled through an authorized Yeti dealer.

Without limiting the statutory warranty rights, the warranty does not apply if the bicycle shows damage or signs of wear and tear caused by improper or improper use, including the use of the bicycle in accordance with its intended purpose.
