DELIVERY & SHIPPING COSTS

The ordered items will be shipped as far as available (in stock), usually from 24h - 48h hours after receipt of the amount payable by DPD. Items that are not directly in stock, will be shipped within the delivery time specified in the store.

Our orders ( except bicycles ) we send as an insured package with DPD. After shipping you will receive an email from DPD / Sendcloud with the DPD tracking number. There you can track the shipment status and change the delivery location / date and also give a parking permit.

Complete bicycles are shipped exclusively with the Hellmann shipping company. After the shipment you will receive an e-mail from the forwarding company with the tracking number and you can track the shipment status. The delivery always takes place with a telephone notification on the part of the forwarding agency. The bikes are always insured according to the purchase value. 

Shipping cost

All listed shipping costs are incl. 19% VAT. Depending on the country of delivery, the tax rate may differ, as the Mwst/Vat valid in the country of delivery must be calculated.

Germany:

• DPD package within Germany per order:  4,90€
• Spedition Hellmann within Germany per bike: 49,00€

Export

Currently we only support the export of bikes an frames, no single components 

We offer you the following possibilities: (currently no direct shipping to Switzerland is possible)

• Pick up in our showroom 
• Shipping to the Swiss border (private or company address)
• Shipping to a Packstation/Paketshop at the Swiss border (we can inform you about providers)
• No matter if shipping or pickup: The package is always accompanied by a pre-filled export certificate for customs and an invoice, which are required for export across the border.

Once you are at the border, you must do the following (important: there must be no more than 3 months between the purchase of the goods and the export):

1. german customs:

• Here you must present your invoice, the export certificate and your passport. The customs officer may want to see the purchased goods and will then stamp your invoice and export certificate if they are correct.

2. orgin customs:

• Now you have to do the same again at orgin customs and they will also stamp your invoice after paying the VAT. The VAT will be collected directly.

3. send documents to us:

Once you have the invoice or export certificate with both stamps, please send them to us in ORIGINAL, preferably by registered mail to the following address:

As soon as we receive your papers, we will immediately refund the German VAT at 19% and send you a copy of the stamped invoice or export certificate.
