Komking offers all private consumers a 14-day right of withdrawal. 

To make the process fast and smooth, please note the following things:

1. use our return form
2. pack the return safely and insure it sufficiently
3. only return unused and unassembled items in their original packaging to us 
4. Please do not use the original packaging as a shipping box, but use an outer box.
