Yeti Warranty
All frames from model year 2019 and newer, including the Switch Infinity Link, are covered for the original purchaser for life against damage due to workmanship defects. The paint is thereby covered for 1 year. The warranty does not cover wear parts.
We will repair or replace, at our discretion, any frame we deem defective.
The following conditions must be met for the voluntary lifetime warranty:
- The purchase of your bike must have been made through an authorized Yeti dealer.
- You, as the original purchaser, must have registered your frame online at YetiCycles.com/registration within 60 days from the date of purchase.
- The warranty claim must be processed through an authorized Yeti dealer.
Without limiting the statutory warranty rights, the warranty does not apply if the bicycle shows damage or signs of wear caused by improper use or use not in accordance with the intended purpose incl. negligence, or if it is due to intentional damage. Our voluntary lifetime warranty applies to all 2019 and newer frames. For all other frames of model year 2018 and older, the previous warranty terms apply (5 years or 2 years, depending on the date of purchase).
Crash-Replacement: If you've been in an accident or your damage isn't covered by our voluntary lifetime warranty, we'll get you back on your bike as quickly as possible with a crash replacement at a fair price.

Kavenz Warranty
77designz components and Kavenz frames are tested on the toughest test rigs and race tracks in the world.
Therefore, we provide a warranty of 5 YEARS from the date of purchase on all material and manufacturing defects (or in a longer period provided by mandatory law) from the date of purchase. Should something not be covered by the warranty we are happy to offer a 50% crash replacement.
The only condition:
All components must be installed and used according to the installation instructions.

Santa Cruz Warranty
Lifetime frame warranty: At Santa Cruz, we place a lot of emphasis on the quality and durability of our products. However, should a defect occur, we will replace all defective frames to the original owner for life. Special finishes and designs as well as frame protection foils cannot be considered.
Lifetime Reserve Warranty: At Santa Cruz we place a lot of emphasis on the quality and durability of our products. Therefore, our reserve rims are covered with a lifetime warranty. The warranty covers the rim only, not the wheel.
Santa Cruz Lifetime Bearing Warranty: To the first owner, Santa Cruz will replace any defective or worn bearings as long as the bike is in his possession. Installation and removal costs are extra.
Carbon Handlebars: Santa Cruz carbon handlebars are covered by a five-year warranty from the date of purchase.
Crash Replacement: Rode into the underground garage with the wheels on the roof? We cover this or similar mishaps with our replacement program. Simply take the damaged bike/frame to your dealer and we will work with you to create a quote that will get you back on your bike quickly at minimal cost.
