 The new 120mm Tallboy makes big jumps again for a short-travel bike. With a strong lower-link VPP rear end, sporty design, Santa Cruz-typical processing and a rather radical geometry, the Tallboy is again on the way to overcome the boundaries of bike categories. A bike that only knows full throttle and is always ready to sprint - whether uphill, downhill or in the flat flow trail. The maximum efficiency of the VPP rear triangle causes a pleasantly fast and light-footed handling. Technically, it stands on the same platform as our Longtravel bikes and thus feels comfortable not only in the classic XC terrain, but also on "real" trails. Paired with a 130mm fork, the new Tallboy is also becoming more attractive for aggressive bikers. 

Perfectly matched to every size:  
Size-dependent geometry and frame stiffness Chainstay length and seat angle are matched to the frame size (the seat angle becomes steeper and the rear end grows with increasing frame size), so that every rider, regardless of body size, gets the same balanced geometry for best handling.

And because larger riders cause greater stress, we adjust the stiffness for each frame size. This way, we ensure that every rider gets the same, perfect ride quality. 

The Glovebox  
The trails aren't always easy, but packing for the tour should be. The Glovebox provides space for "Tool Wallet" and "Tube Purse" in the frame. So you never have to start again without a minitool and spare tube or staple them to the outside of your frame. Pack everything you need under the solid flap in your down tube. Including your fine gloves. The bike comes standard with "Tool Wallet" and "Tube Purse", two high quality finished bags that store your things safely and conveniently.
